Buyers procure materials and services from a vetted network backed by Covington Supply Co.'s roughly $7M of annual operations across six markets. A share of transaction fees recycles into the COVI rewards pool, which is why participation is funded by genuine commerce rather than by printing tokens.

COVI is a consumption token for ecosystem activity — not an investment. ELUV is non-transferable and confers no financial rights.
